Cindy - I have some confirmation and new info on Clemence (Clemendza) Blanchard... I'm pretty sure she was born in East Quebec (Canada), about 1827. Please drop an email, if you're still out there.

Hi - I have been folowing Clemendza - she is my great grandmother, married to Benjamin Cooper. What infor do you have? I know her sister was Hannah Blanchard, and she had a brother, William Blanchard. I did not know she was from Canada which might explain why I can't find her. I have pension records to share.
